Gesture Drawing ! Chalk!

My friend, the pianist, was playing the piano. There was a nice black board behind him and yellow chalk. So In around ten seconds I did this really simple gesture sketch. I like it :D

Marker Magic!

This isn't the final version of this image, but I just wanted to post the Photo I took of this marker drawing before I put it on photoshop to edit :D. This is for my school's paper. They asked me to do an illustration for thier article on health! woohoo! Specified that I use :A girl, plant like shapes, soap, water, and a jacket. Yay!

My most recent piece is about creation. I haven't really thought of a title, but I thought "degnomination" would seem pretty funny. This basically just centers on how many stories humans have created on how we came to be.

Yay.

If I ever redo this piece, I will probably do it on a larger canvas. This was way to small and I almost couldn't draw the gnomes.

Green Hair

At the beginning of summer vacation, I really wanted to draw a fashion model. So I flipped through a magazine and found this bloke! I had so much fun drawing him, but once I reached the point of where I needed to color in his black hair, I found I had none! That is why his hair is green and blue. A soloution! :D

Breaking The Fourth Wall by Jammy Jaminated

I created this piece last school year in my Pre-AP art class. Its part of my sketchbook. We were suppose to create 5 drawings, at the least, per week. This piece was inspired by an artist on deviantart. If I find his name, I will post it so you can take a look at it. It was also inspired by my english class, books and graphic novels I've read. I think it's so cool how some characters are able to break through to the other side. Some characters include: Freakazoid (from Freakzoid) and Dead pool from Marvel Comics.

I was also trying to find my own style, still am. I want to become an animator, which probably won't be likely, since I don't have the opportunities for it in the area I live in. Yet my passion is drawing so I will draw :) We shall see where I go from there.

Hello Bloggers

Hi I'm Jammy Jaminated. I've had blogger previously, but did not want to use my previous blogs because of how they connected to my english class from last year. I wanted to start a blog where I can express my thoughts and ideas, and also show where I stand with my artwork :D. I recently moved, so as I start a new Blogger and a new Tumblr, I will also be starting a new school with new classes and a new home. I am so excited to see what new experiences I will have! I plan on joining the AP studio art class at my school, so I will be keeping you updated with that aswell.
